Dear 2012, You were so good to us and I am pretty sure you were my best year yet. This year brought so many first for us. We spent tons of time with family, bought a house, had the most beautiful baby girl and even traveled to Jamaica. In so many ways I am sad to see you go. But the end of you does not mean the end of all that was good during 2012, it actually means the beginning of what will be good in 2013. Even if it doesn’t bring as many life altering changes. I will always think very fondly of 2012. You really were a year that will go down in our family history as being a wonderful year.

We found out we were pregnant in February (but told you in March)
We Bought a House in April
Found out we were having a girl in May
We Move in in our house in May
D was sworn into the Massachusetts BAR association in June
We went on Vacation to Jamaica in July and I went to the Jersey Shore with my family
We celebrated my sister’s wedding in August
We prepared for baby girl in September
Millicent Ruth was born in October
Millie had her first Thanksgiving in November and her first Christmas in December
I’d say that was a pretty good year. Bring it on 2013 I am excited to see what you have in store.
It’s been a SUPER busy and fantastic year for you! Congrats on an amazing year and a beautiful chapter in your lives
