Wow the last three months have flown by. Seriously, I feel like I just became a mama yesterday and here my baby girl is not a newborn anymore. She has been growing and learning so much lately and really starting to get to a fun age. It makes my heart ache to think about not spending all of my time with her when I go back to work, I feel like as she gets bigger and more interactive I am going to miss so much. She is killing me each day with her cuteness. Those eyes, cheeks and that little pout. Man I am a goner.
Dear Millie,
You are 3 months old today! I can hardly believe it, each day for the last 3 months I have fallen more and more in love with you. I am so amazed at how much you are learning and growing these days. Lately you have been looking at your hands and studying them so much. You have started grabbing objects and are always tracking things with your eyes. You especially love to follow mommy’s coffee cup in the mornings! You still love your pacifier but when it falls out you love to put your fingers in your mouth and suck. It is so cute I can barely stand it. Lately you have enjoyed tummy time more and you even love to sit in your bumbo for a few minutes and hold up your head. I am so proud every time I see you there sitting with your head up so high. When daddy walks in the room you smile so big for him! I think you know that he will play with you when you see him. You are wearing 3-6 month clothing mostly and I wouldn’t be surprised if you start wearing 6-9 month stuff soon. I am so proud of you every day and I love to see your littler personality develop. You really are so aware of what is going on around you, so much that sometimes you are too excited to nap much (especially when we hang out with the family). You are always learning and taking in the world around you. I can’t wait to see what you learn this month!
